✎ Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns! Please always check sizing and read entire descriptions before you buy. HOWEVER, if you have any issues with your order or items, feel free to email me so we can see what I can do to help!

✎ How long does shipping take?

It's just me behind alyssamariag, so it may take some time (I am not amazon!) Most orders ship within 7 business days from Kansas City. Delivery time depends on your location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipments to be processed by national USPS facilities.

✎ Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number! Always check that to see any updates on your delivery. If you are still having issues, see info below:

Does your tracking info say that your item was delivered but it's not there? This is a super common issue and has even happened to me. USPS most likely scanned your package early on accident but should still arrive in a day or two. Those of you living in apartments: please check with the front desk or mail rooms before filing in a complaint. If your order does not show up after a week after it saying it was delivered, please email me!

And always contact your local USPS office. They have more info than I will in regards to tracking - usually once I ship your order, it is out of my hands!

I cannot refund any shipping or cover any shipping or product loss if you enter in the wrong address at check out! Always double check before you check out!

✎ Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations can be requested ASAP and within 2 days of purchase. Contact me with concerns about your order or to request a refund.

I cannot in most cases accept changes to your order if it includes Print on Demand prints. If you're unsure, please contact me!

✎ Do you offer shipping outside of the US?

Yes I do for most items except for candles. Please note that I do not cover any duties or fees that you may be asked to pay by your local postal system. The shipping price you pay at checkout is just for the shipping of the goods.

✎ Do you offer your products wholesale?

I am working on setting up my storefront for wholesale with Faire. While I finish working on it, feel free to contact me with any specific items you'd like to see there!
